Credit/Debit card is required to be added and saved to your profile for cancellation/rescheduling/no-show policy protection . If card info is removed/not added your appointment will be declined/cancelled. ADDING YOUR CARD TO YOUR PROFILE IS NOT PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT. A $32 deposit is required for ALL clients/appointments. This fee is NON REFUNDABLE/NON NEGOTIABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE. The $2 does not go towards your service. Deposit MUST be paid at time of scheduling or IMMEDIATELY after(no more than 5min) in order for appointment to be accepted. NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT. Deposit can be sent via ZELLE @ email@example.com or CASHAPP to $jessonthepress1 . NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. All clients are required to fill out a client info form at https://form.jotform.com/210466299555162 for every appointment . NO EXCEPTIONS. Please text/call when you arrive for your appointment.
Payment must be rendered at the end of service. Services are not refundable.
Mask is required to be worn upon entering salon and during service. Please do not arrive for service more than 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time. I allow a 15min grace period ONLY WHEN TARDINESS IS COMMUNICATED BEFORE scheduled appointment, otherwise appointment will be marked & charged as a no show. All appointments for color and extensions require a consultation at least 48hrs before actual service. NO CHILDREN allowed unless being serviced. No extra guest allowed.
